CreateBooksAI provides AI-generated character, location, and scene imagery for the creation of storybooks. Users purchase credits or subscription plans to generate AI assets.

3. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for the inputs and prompts you provide to the AI. You agree not to generate content that is illegal, harmful, highly explicit, or violates the intellectual property rights of others.

4. Commercial Rights

Users who create images using CreateBooksAI receive commercial rights to the generated output. You may use these images in books, publications, and other commercial projects. CreateBooksAI and Uno Arch LLC claim no copyright over the generated images.

5. Credits and Subscriptions

Purchased credits are non-refundable. Monthly subscription credits roll over and are added to your existing balance as long as your subscription remains active. We reserve the right to modify pricing or credit limits with reasonable notice.

6. Limitation of Liability

CreateBooksAI and Uno Arch LLC provide the service "as is" and shall not be held liable for any damages or losses arising from your use of the platform, the generated content, or inability to access the service.

  • Account Information: Email address and authentication data via Supabase.
  • Payment Information: Handled securely by Stripe; we do not store full credit card numbers.
  • App Data: Storybooks, characters, prompts, and images you generate and save in the platform.
  • Usage Logs: Information on API calls made to improve service quality and deduct credits.

3. How We Use Your Data

We use your data solely to provide, maintain, and improve the CreateBooksAI service. We use prompts and generation history to help you build your storybooks and to ensure the proper deduction of credits.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We share necessary data with trusted third-party service providers (like Supabase, Stripe, and Google Gemini AI) solely to facilitate the core functions of our application. All data sent to AI model providers is anonymized where possible.

We employ industry-standard security measures (including secure environment variables and Supabase RLS policies) to safeguard your account and data from unauthorized access.
